William serves as Assistant Administrator (ACEO) for Heartland Regional Medical Center. William holds a Bachelor Degree from Southern Illinois University and Masters of Business Administration from McKendree University. William also has certifications from Villanova University in Lean Six Sigma and a certification from Harvard University in Negotiation Mastery; he most recently joined the American College of Healthcare Executives.

As Assistant Administrator William is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of various departments, executing purchase agreements, Physician recruitment/contracting and project coordination that impact the Heartland Regional Medical Center system. Although William Davis is a native of Washington D.C. he considers himself fortunate to call the Southern Illinois Area home with his Wife Brandee and Son CJ.
