Wesley Sherrer is the North American Sales Manager for Carlisle Roof Foam and Coatings with 20 years of experience in the field working in various functional roles beyond sales to include technical and product management. Wesley's sales success in the most recent 14 years have been driven by strong empathy and understanding of the customers who've grown to rely on him. The ability to align business strategic goals with that of the customer as a key intermediary between the corporation and customer has been his primary focus throughout his career.

Prior to joining Carlisle, Wesley was a Regional Manager for GE Silicone responsible for 26 states and provinces throughout North America and held a variety of roles with NCFI Polyurethanes. He holds a BSBA from The Max M Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and is currently a part of the Carlisle Leadership Program through the Center for Creative Leadership and The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
