Vish is an Information Technology Professional, a superb manager of people and projects, and a passionate supporter of St. Louis. As a Senior Director at Daugherty Business Solutions, Vish is responsible for both the delivery of mission-critical business initiatives for clients, as well as mentoring team members to achieve their career development plans. Vish is an outstanding leader that is known for his keen ability to connect with and inspire his teammates.
Vish’s commitment as a project management leader in the St. Louis area is unmatched. He acted as a PMI Metropolitan St. Louis Chapter board member for 5 years before being elected chapter president in 2014 and 2015. In addition to Vish’s outstanding professional commitments, Vish contributes his time to many activities making a positive difference in the St. Louis community. Vish has served as Executive Director of Planning for the Center for Indian Cultural Education aka Bal Vihar since 2010. This local non-profit cultural school is dedicated to promoting, instilling, and fostering Indian culture in children above the age of 5. Ensuring a growth path for the children, Vish also dedicates time to teaching. Since 2016, Vish has taught project management and MBA courses as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL). To continue strengthen his executive leadership ability both inside and outside Daugherty and to have more acute understanding of the challenges facing St. Louis and how to engage to address them, Vish went through a year-long St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative Fellow: 2018-2019 cohort program. Currently, he is going through Focus St. Louis Leadership program: 2019-20 cohort program. He has just completed a 12-week leadership program at WashU. Vish is happily married to his wife, Anjali Keswani, and has two boys. Vish enjoys cooking and playing Cricket. |
