As the Vice President of Program and Project Management, Vicki is an advocate for project success, ensuring the iHeart Technology teams are delivering the right thing at the right time, all tied to strategy and customer engagement processes.

In her previous role as VP of Process Governance in the financial services sector Vicki served as the Agile Transformation leader. In this role she worked along-side her UXD leaders to pioneer inclusion of UXD within the strategic and development processes.
