Susan Brown is the Vice President of Customer Service and Contracting for Bunge Loders Croklaan – an industry leading producer of vegetable fats and oils. She leads specialized customer support teams across the US and Canada. The B2B service centers are responsible for providing logistical support, regulatory support, and contract administration for its customers who are among the world’s largest food production companies and restaurants.   

Prior to Bunge, she holds 16 years of experience with Newell Brands (formally Jarden Consumer Solutions and Newell Rubbermaid).  Her tenure at NWL Susan held roles in Consumer Service, Business Lead for SAP implementation, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Trade Show management.  

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and professional certifications in Six Sigma, achieving Master Black Belt level, Customer Experience (CCXP), and Project Management (CompTIA Project+).  
Susan resides in the St. Louis area with her two children, Thomas & Aiden.
