Kevin has been in the self storage industry for 26 years in a variety of positions. He first entered the industry in 1994 as Vice President of Marketing for Storage Trust, (NYSE:SEA). After a hostile takeover, he formed his own management and consulting firm.

In 2004 he joined his current company, StorageMart where he started in Operations, then became the initial Director of the newly created Revenue Management Department. In this position he oversees pricing and promotions for over 200 stores in the US, Canada, and the UK.
