Mr. Prange has over 18 years of experience as a transportation engineer with Crawford Murphy & Tilly, Inc.  As a dynamic, results driven project manager, Steve is a strong advocate for community revitalization through implementation of strategic transportation improvement projects.  Steve is a graduate of Bradley University and is the regional office manager for CMT’s Springfield and Kansas City, Missouri Office. 

He also Director of CMT’s Rail & Multi-Modal Services Division and is the Strategic Services / Special Projects Lead for the Firm.
