Dr. Nickell has over 14 years of experience as an administrator and faculty member in higher education. He is currently the Program Director for Sports Science and Rehabilitation and Undergraduate General Education for Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri.

His responsibilities include supervising all full-time and adjunct instructors in his programs, development of new programs, course design, and student retention.
