Shelly Carey is a Client Success Manager at InMoment. She has over 20 years of research experience spanning both the client and supplier side. In her current role she works with clients to ensure optimization of their CX program by applying best practices and solutions based on their business goals and objectives.

She has a BS in Mathematics/Statistics and a Master of Marketing Research from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
