Introduction to Customer Experience
Sharon Spruell is the CEO of Queen of Peace Center, a non-profit organization providing treatment for women with substance use disorders and their families. Sharon has an M.A. in Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri.

Prior to her current role, she served as the Clinical Director and Chief Program Officer for her organization. She is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the organization and has led many teams responsible for designing and implementing process and organizational changes to have a positive impact on the client experience.
