Russell Creed is the Chief Innovation Officer at Berkley Healthcare, a national insurer of healthcare institutions. He believes that innovation comes through people and the key to unlocking the potential within people is creating a culture where everyone has a voice and where mistakes and failures are seen as learning opportunities. In addition to cultivating a culture of Innovation, Russell is responsible for managing the Innovation Process, from Ideation, to Experimentation, to Implementation.

With his training In Actuarial Science, he brings a data scientist's approach to the testing of ideas. Russell has been on the front line of developing customer-centric insurance products and services to address the changing needs of the healthcare industry.
