Robert Chapin is a talented and proficient leader with 30 years of experience within the consumer packaged goods industry.  He brings an abundance of expertise with specific knowledge in the areas of human resources, operations management, project management and team building.  Robert has a robust understanding of organizational dynamics and the importance of organizational development.  Currently, Robert is Plant Operations Manager for Riviana Incorporated and has held multiple roles within the Company over the past 24 years. 

He has overseen the completion of multiple large scale capital projects over the past decade and has financial and operational responsibility for the facility.  Robert holds certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources as well as a Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.  Robert obtained his Bachelors of Science in Management from Missouri State. 

He also holds an MBA from the Richard Chaifetz School of Business - Saint Louis University.  Robert is an active member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for collegiate schools of business.
