Rayna is the Home Agent Manager for SC Contact Centers, a company that puts the customers of Colony Brands, on of the largest privately held direct marketers in the United States, at the heart of everything they do. For 7 years, she has lead the Home Agent Team to follow the tradition of Customer Service excellence while developing strategies to serve not only the external customer, but the internal customer as well.
She has a passion for Customer Experience as well as education and holds her Master's Degree in Education focusing on Curriculum Development and Instruction. |
