As a Customer Experience professional, I help organizations design strategies that align business decision-making with real customer experiences and target markets.
Whether it be a company's go-to-market strategy, sales team experience, services and culture, or digital products; I've spent the past 15+ years preparing organizations leaders to design for viability — create new value and new forms of competitive advantage — by integrating customer empathy, experience design methods and business strategy and tactics to strengthen delivery on a brand’s promise and position in the market. In addition, I have helped organizations adopt modern processes that feature “fail fast" experiments to establish and keep the momentum going as teams embark on innovation and end-to-end CX improvement. My work also involves participating in business case and strategic roadmap development, which are needed to establish the capabilities that realize a vision over time. Leadership, business development, sales, marketing, customer service, HR/Talent and IT/digital teams have worked with me to design new ways of engaging and interacting with customers and employees to accomplish their business goals. |
