Natalie Fontana is the Brand Leader – Americas for FS-Curtis and FS-Elliott. As the Brand Leader, Natalie has a laser focus on growing brand awareness of FS-Curtis & FS-Elliott through creative initiatives that emphasize products being Trusted and Dependable, which are critical attributes learned through extensive customer voice analysis. In this unique position, Natalie is focused on leveraging the positive brand attributes of each distinct brand to provide customers an easier path to purchase.
Natalie’s focus on the customer experience, relationship building of all team members, and the drive to deliver results have consistently allowed her to take on bigger and more complex roles within the organization. Natalie began her career at FS-Curtis as a front-line customer experience representative and in less than eight years has moved through to customer experience, project management, marketing, and is now on the organization’s executive leadership team. Natalie thrives on demonstrating consistent Servant Leadership across the organization which results in those around her elevating their performance. When Natalie is not at the office or traveling to get first-hand customer feedback, you can find her honing her culinary skills and actively supporting her local church community. |
