I am a Director at ILMO Products Company, an industrial and medical gas supplier. I have been in management for over thirty years, with emphases on distribution, operations, and customer service. I have bachelors and masters degrees in political studies and economics, and I am currently completing an Ed.d in Organizational Development. My dissertation is in Virtual Teams and Virtual Leadership.
