Michael is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Penn National Gaming's Greater St. Louis region.  Previously, he has spent 25 years in the Hospitality industry, the first 20 at the iconic Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in various senior leadership roles. 

Michael is focused on hiring, training, engaging and developing his team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
