Meredith Mendola is a founding member of the corporate innovation team at the global agricultural firm, KWS.  Meredith spent over 10 years as a field biologist in both natural and managed ecosystems and now focuses on bridging the gap between scientists and technology professionals.  She's passionate about change management, cultural awareness, and remote working.

Aside from her agricultural industry knowledge, Meredith is also a disability and accessibility advocate, promoting services and technologies that support people with disabilities.
