I joined my current company ENA in 2010 as the Director of Services Implementations, and currently serve as Vice President, Operations. I am responsible for the Project Management Office, Service Delivery, Carrier Management and our Customer Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) organizations. Prior to joining ENA, I spent 22 years honing my service delivery and operational expertise with IBM and the Railinc Corporation.
