Matt's educational background is in engineering. He recieved a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Since college, Matt has had a number of experiences that have increased his exposure to customer service and the way a customer experiences a company they do business with. In his current position at DEMA Engineering, Matt manages a sales force as well as work heavily with marketing and customer service in several divisions of the company he is at.
Being a component supplier to OEM customers has made the customer experience a vital part of why Matt has seen success in sales resulting in over industry average growth for his company and product lines. |
