She’s a transformational leader that has diversified experience working from top CPG companies and start-ups. As Catalina’s SVP, President U.S. Sales, Marsha is responsible for Catalina’s U.S manufacturer business and bringing to life Catalina’s value proposition as it continues to expand its capabilities and services. Marsha focuses on Catalina’s buyer intelligence and engagement platforms to deliver actionable solutions that engage consumers throughout their journey.

In her tenure, Marsha has worked for top CPG companies to include Playtex & Pepsi and served as an Ambassador for Network of Executive Women.

Marsha holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication & Media Services from Missouri State University and has completed numerous leadership development programs throughout her 20+ year career.
