As a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), with a focus in Benefits Management, Mallory has found the key to the best customer/employee experience is through excellent communication. She learned her second language, Spanish, while working in a predominantly hispanic environment at Interstate Cleaning Corporation.

She is currently enrolled in classes for her third language, American Sign Language (ASL). Speaking with customers in their first language has a long lasting, meaningful impact.
