Loraya Harrington-Trujillo is a Management Consultant currently working as the Director of Member Engagement at The Cru helping women to realize their life's intention. Loraya has spent her professional career focused on increasing access for historically underrepresented groups. During her 6 year tenure at Girls Who Code, Loraya built and scaled 3 signature programs that served nearly 300,000 girls and oversaw strategy related to engaging and supporting the organization’s more than 80,000 college-aged alumni to ensure their persistence in computer science.

Prior to Girls Who Code, Loraya co-found a social crowdfunding platform for undergraduate student and alumni ventures and led user acquisition for Prepfoleo - a community for parents and leading professionals to share educational resources.  Loraya also serves on the board of multiple nonprofit organizations including Team Fight to Walk raising funding for stem cell research with Rutgers University.
