Areas of Expertise
I am a Kansas City, MO native and have enjoyed living in the Northland for many years .  I hold a Master's degree in Adult Education, a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology.
 I have over 16 years of experience working in the customer experience field as a trainer and as a representative.  

Currently I am the Director of Training and Employee Development for a nonprofit orgainzation that serves the Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled in the Kansas City Metro area.
