Lesley is the Director of Patron Services with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra and leads a highly successful team of Customer Service and Sales representatives in the values of “sales through service” including cross- and up-sell opportunities, extensive product knowledge, and the power of data integrity. With more than 20 years’ experience working with non-profits, Lesley is dedicated to creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships with customers while upholding the standard of excellence for which the SLSO is known.
