For most of my career, I have studied human behavior first in consumer package goods and later in the incentive and loyalty marketing industry. I've found that motivation is intrinsic and so I now focus on helping people become better versions of themselves, not a version of what someone else wants them to be. I work with salespeople to understand their attitude and then challenge their behaviors to get the results that they want.

I also work with people that are in transition, people that did not plan on a transition but have to move on to the next chapter in their lives. Again, it starts with attitude and then manifests itself in the behaviors.

I am a sales coach and mentor, an author, volunteer and transitional life coach.
