Principles Of Customer Relationship Building
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, I am a graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia with a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management. I have a background in the Customer Service field, as a Wal-Mart Summer Intern, and working in Financial Services. After graduation, I moved to St. Louis in December 2007 to pursue a career in healthcare, gaining provider and customer experience as a Regional Account Manager. I later joined Cigna in November 2011 as a Provider Relations Representative, and was soon promoted to an Experience Manager for the St. Louis market. In 2016 I pursued a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Webster University.

Today, I am a Director, Provider Relations for MidAmerica, which includes Kansas City and St. Louis with Cigna. I manage a team of individuals who are accountable for the overall Provider Experience strategy for our Providers. The team ensures Providers are able to service our customers, their patients, in an efficient and successful way.
