As a business owner whose entire job is to sell the experience she and her team provide, Kylie brings a hands-on, front-line perspective to the program. She brings to the table an honest approach, an entrepreneurial twist, and a granular focus on building
Kylie Crinnian is a Kansas City-based specialty hairstylist, educator, and owner of Moxie by KC Salon. She has built a following that has not only allowed her to connect with fans and colleagues from all over the world, but has helped women embrace their naturally beautiful hair and regain (or find) their self-confidence.

She has been a mentor to other stylists and owners in her industry, and has traveled the country educating peers about their craft, their businesses, and the necessity of connecting with their clients. Kylie believes that building genuine relationships and creating experiences responsive to clients’ needs helps drive loyalty and engagement with the business. Having worked her way from retail sales to salon assistant, corporate stylist to entrepreneur, Kylie has seen the importance of empowering, educating, and engaging her clients – a philosophy that she instills in her employees, students, and mentees.
