Kristy is currently VP, Customer Service for Aclara, a Hubbell company.  Her responsibilities include leading CX initiatives across the company, management of technical support and services, internal and external training, technical publications, and warranty management.  She also works closely with many of Aclara’s key accounts.

​Kristy joined Aclara more than 17 years ago .  Throughout the years, she has built upon her technical skillset, fostered her leadership qualities and developed a passion for the customer experience.

Prior to joining Aclara, Kristy worked at a transformer design and manufacturing company, W.I.C.C. Ltd.  She was responsible for all transformer designs, managed Quality Assurance and Testing and was a proud leader at this female owned company where more than 85% of the employees were women.

Kristy holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville (SIUE).
She and her husband Tom have two daughters, Audrey and Lucy.
