Kevin Arthaud is the Organizational Development Director at Hannibal Regional Healthcare System in Hannibal, MO. A graduate of Missouri Baptist University with a Master's of Business Administration (MBA), Arthaud focuses on providing targeted results through talent development and human performance improvement. An active member in the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Arthaud was named in 2016 as a "Top 30 HR Professional Under 30"  by SHRM's HR Magazine.

In addition, Arthaud serves as an executive board member for the United Way of the Mark Twain Area, as a member of the Hannibal Regional Economic Development Council's Workforce Development Committee, and as a mentor for the Hannibal Alliance for Youth Success. Kevin and his wife Brittni, make their home in rural Hannibal, MO with their three children Alexa, Ashtyn, and Tyler.
