Kelsey Templeton is the Director of Hospitality and Audience Experience at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. She leads a diverse front of house hospitality team, develops service standards related to training and event execution, and liaises with all departments to coordinate and deliver exceptional experiences for symphony patrons.

Kelsey previously worked in corporate hospitality and event planning and has a background in hotel and restaurant management from institutions including the Waldorf Astoria and event management at the Nine Network of Public Media.
