I love working with highly passionate and creative people.  Over the course of my career, I have come to care less about what I am doing and would rather focus on how I can help someone achieve their goals.  This has given me unique opportunities for growth in my career, ultimately landing me in an executive role.  Currently I serve as the Executive Director of Human Resources for Joyce Meyer Ministries. 

We focus on both the spiritual and humanitarian needs of people, globally.  I have 10 years of experience in non-profit HR with the privilege of ensuring practices and policies align with the strategic goals of the organizations I have served.  I am glad to join the Advisory Board.
