The CX Culture
I am the Central Office Director for Restoring Hope, LLC which provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities.  We are the largest Host Home provider in the state of Missouri.  We strive to create positive relationships between the clients we serve and the individuals that provide their care.  I graduated from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO with a degree in Business Administration. After graduation, I began my career at Boeing in St. Louis, as an analyst and eventually moved my way up to an accountant position. 

​In 2017, I had the amazing opportunity to start working at Restoring Hope, as a Finance Director.  In 2019, I transitioned to Central Office Director, where I lead the finance and administrative departments for the company.
