We are currently upgrading our customer service program to address the unique situation of very educated and technical consultants who have direct interaction with clients.
Dr. Koch is the Director of Operations for R. M. Wester and Associates, Inc.  He has over 30 years of health and safety experience, specializing in radiation safety.  Current duties include managing the company including 7 highly technical consultants.
