John Castillo is the Vice President North America Sales Energizer Holdings, Inc.   Energizer is the global leader and world’s most innovative manufacturer and marketer of primary batteries and portable lighting solutions.  Energizer is also a leading designer and marketer of automotive fragrance and appearance products.  

John has 24 years of consumer products experience with increasing responsibility across multiple retail channels including Grocery, Drug, Home Center, Automotive, C-store, and specialty retailers. He has a relentess focus on constructing and developing strategic customer relationships to create win-win programs. His passion for collaboration, strategic alignment, and joint business planning has led to mutual growth with his customers.    

His passion for the customer relationship has been recognized by industry leaders and currently is a board member with Global Market Development Center (GMDC), a retailer owned trade association.   In 2019 he was awarded by Winsight Grocery Business and as a 2019 Champions of Change.
