Jill leads the Talent Development team at Spire, the nation's fifth largest publicly traded gas utility. With more than 20 years of experience, Jill has exceptional facilitation and course design skills. She's an expert at delivering courses in areas such as leadership and organizational development, assertiveness and empowerment, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, delivering and giving effective feedback, presentation skills, performance management, onboarding, and management training programs.

Jill has been successful in applying blended learning techniques to help reach diverse target audiences. Prior to joining Spire, Jill had a successful career in the advertising, marketing and public relations industry.
