Jessica is a leadership specialist with over 10 years of experience on disaster response projects, both in the US and internationally. She developed detailed systems and processes capable of successfully engaging thousands of volunteers per year, before moving into the Operations department, launching and managing 8 recovery programs in the US and the Caribbean over two years.

She now heads the People and Learning department, overseeing all aspects of HR, including an increased focus on the training and development of our expanding workforce.
