Jerry Blanton is an accomplished Senior Executive with 25 years of success in the healthcare, orthopedics, physical therapy, and medical device industries. Leveraging extensive experience in managing human resources and finance processes, delivering change management solutions, and maintaining electronic health records. His broad areas of expertise include health insurance, healthcare management, operational excellence, human resources, finance, budgeting, entrepreneurship, business growth and development, and leadership.

Jerry is the current Chief Executive Officer of Orthopaedic Associates in Evansville, Indiana and oversees the operations of a growing staff of 150 employees. Under his leadership, the company has seen a significant increase in the recruitment and resulting profits of physicians and has transitioned their physicians successfully through multiple employment models, both in and out of private practice. As talent development is one of Jerry’s passions, he has taken numerous entry-level employees and mentored them over the course of 10-12 years to become instrumental, contributing members of the organization’s leadership. He takes a very involved and hands-on approach to his management of the administrative, human resources, and clinical functions of Orthopaedic Associates and serves as the point of contact for their Board of Directors.

Jerry earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Evansville and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana. He has served not only on multiple boards of organizations within the healthcare industry but also on several nonprofit boards as well.
