Jeremy Bedenbaugh is the Founder and CEO of ReCreate Solutions, which helps leaders and organizations get started, get healthy, and get unstuck.  He is passionate about and committed to the personal health and professional development of leaders, businesses, and cultures. His work enables leaders to chart a new course that allows them to transform their lives and organizations.
 
This mission has led to him serving in numerous business and leadership roles, including being the CEO of a large non-profit, designing alternative investment funds, serving as CFO of a technology company, coaching high-performing leaders, serving as a strategy and scale consultant, and sharing his expertise as a visiting professor at multiple universities.
 
Over the past 20 years, Jeremy has helped hundreds of leaders across dozens of fields gain self-awareness, build world-class teams, and create thriving cultures of trust. He has been featured in International Consulting Magazine, CEO Nation, Authority Magazine, and Thrive Global.  Along with being featured as a YPO speaker, Keynote at many conferences, featured on numerous podcasts, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for three companies.   

In 2018, Jeremy received a doctorate degree in executive leadership and organizational effectiveness with a special research emphasis in leader health.  He currently lives in St. Louis with his wife, Amy, and their three children:  Jude (14), Samuel (11), and Kharis (8).
