After serving in the United States Air Force, Jen studied mechanical engineering at The Ohio State University. She has since accumulated nearly 24 years of operations, manufacturing and distribution experience. Jen is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB) and a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Jen serves a dual role at Color Art, as both General Manager of Installation & Moves and as Vice President of Operations. She has direct oversight of the warehouse, transportation, facilities, move, installation, scheduling and project management staff.  Jen is a leader in process improvement and focuses on creative solutions that directly impact quality, efficiency and exceptional customer experience.
