Jenna Oesch is the Global Marketing and Customer Experience Lead for Bayer Global Vegetable Seeds. Jenna increases top line business value by driving a customer-centric mindset and balancing customer strategy and product strategy. A catalyst leader, she serves as Vice President for the National Agri-Marketing Association and was a pioneering contributor to the Spark Podcast Series: Women in Agribusiness.  Jenna is a passionate volunteer in St. Louis, Missouri, a wife to Rett and mother to daughter, Emma.
