I am a supply chain professional who has 16 years in the supply chain field including expertise in production planning, procurement, warehouse management, and logistics. I have been with Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals for 8 years and am currently Director of Supply Chain. I currently guide the supply chain planning functions at four of Mallinckrodt’s manufacturing sites and lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process for operations. I am a strong believer that SIOP is an essential tool to help align customer expectations with business objectives.
I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2004 with a B.A in Applied Economics. In 2015, I completed my MBA from Midway University. I hold two certifications from the Association of Supply Chain Management (ASCM), formerly known as APICS, which include Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD). Prior to my experience at Mallinckrodt, I held various supply chain roles for Fortune 500 companies, Ingersoll Rand and Schneider Electric, as well as small private companies in the automotive and textile industries. I believe my success as a supply chain professional can be attributed to my ability to build relationships with co-workers, cross functional teams, and customers. In the workplace, I often find myself trying to simplify the process by removing complexities that add little value to the end goal. |
