Emily leads user experience strategy and the innovation agenda for The Regis Company, a world-class talent development consultancy. In her role, Emily defines the experience strategy across product, technology, marketing, and client-serving teams. She has 14 years of experience creating innovative leadership development solutions for global clients in the pharmaceutical, transportation, education, professional services, financial, restaurant, and government industries.

As a facilitator, Emily has led hundreds of Fortune 500 corporate clients worldwide to deeper insights on strategy, innovation, risk management, and organizational behavior. Emily holds an undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Master's degree in Human Performance and Training and lives in Austin, TX with her family.
