Elizabeth Disco Shearer is the CEO of Disaster Services Corporation St Vincent de Paul USA and oversees disaster relief and recovery efforts for the US and American Territories.  She also serves on the Board of the National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster and is on the Advisory Board for the International Network of Women in Emergency Management.

Elizabeth is a National Speaker on Disaster Case Management and serving vulnerable populations after a disaster. She commutes between Dallas and DC for work and is a Citizens Emergency Response Member with the City of Dallas.
