Ed Travis Bio

Ed Travis has been in the field of Human Resources for the past 21 years and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  Mr. Travis has held various HR positions throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area and has been responsible for HR Operations in multi-state locations including Missouri, Illinois, Texas & Oklahoma.  Mr. Travis has dealt with all of the functional areas of Human Resources with an emphasis in the areas of Employee & Labor Relations, Recruitment, Benefits, Career Planning, Workplace Communications & Conflict Resolution.

Mr. Travis is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HR. Mr. Travis is also the CEO of Travis HR Consulting, LLC. He resides in St. Louis, MO with his wife, Natasha.
