My experience is primarily with process improvement and call center metrics to measure the customer experience.   Currently work for Diagraph, a marking and coding company focused on B2B experience. 

Prior to that I worked ten years in the call center industry working on training documentation, survey implementation, and quality monitoring metrics across multiple clients.
