Mr. Harp is the Southern Regional Manager for Chastain & Associates LLC, a multi-disciplinary professional design firm whose goal is to help others succeed. Mr. Harp has been responsible for client contact and engagement in various capacities for over 21 years.

In addition to business development client relationship building, he is also the current chairman of Chastain's internal Leadership Team, which is responsible for implementing and maintaining healthy corporate culture across the firm's multiple offices.
