David Dufault is a Vice President, Retail Sales and Strategy, at Lamb Weston who leads a cross functional team to drive sales strategy and execution within all Retail Channels in the United States.  

David has a vast experience across a number of grocery categories, including Frozen, Pet Care, Baking, Deli, and Infant Formula/Care.  He's worked not only in leading customer interface teams, but also within Category Leadership, Field Marketing, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain efforts.  He currently leads sales and sets strategic efforts within Grocery, Mass, Drug, Club, and On-Line Channels.  David has a strong belief that cross functional teams, working towards a common goal succeed most effectively in the marketplace.

David is a practicing Servant Leader, and is certified within the discipline.  He has won numerous sales and leadership awards while with Nestle Food Company, Nestle Purina, and most recently Lamb Weston.  He also serves on the BOD for a nonprofit youth hockey organization in Illinois.

David holds a BA in History/Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.  He's also a graduate of the Food Industry Management Program from The University of Southern California.
