Introduction to Customer Experience, Customer Relationship Building
I grew up in Rapid City, SD and received a BSEd (Comprehensive Social Studies) from Southwest Missouri State University in 1985.  I was a public school educator 1985-1990, sales representative for Miles Inc.,, Diagnostics Division 1990-1993, and Field Service Coordinator for the Missouri State Teachers Association (MSTA) 1993-2003. 

In 2003, I was promoted to Director of Member Services, and named Associate Executive Director/Member Services in 2005.  My wife, Becky, is a retired public school educator and works with college/university student teachers and beginning teachers in their first, second, or third year.  We have two married children and three grandchildren.
