David has over 15 years experience in the field of customer experience, and currently serves as the Director of Business Development & Client Services at Behavioral Health Response.  He has held executive level positions for retail, wholesale, and health services organizations. 

Mr. Robben is passionate about strategic planning and process improvement design and implementation that affects the totality of the "customer experience."  This includes everything from marketing, sales process, operations, and customer service.
